Three gods created the world of Zoria. They were Volia, Viyna, and Myr. Volia wanted the horses he created to be free and independent. In the horses he created he put this. Myr wanted her horses to be peaceful and loving, and so it was in her horses. But Viyna wanted them to be power-hungry, and this he put in his horses. The two brothers, Volia and Viyna argued over the horses Viyna created. Viyna claimed that they would never amount to anything if they did not want power. Volia wanted all of them to be content and happy. Myr tried to calm her brothers, but she failed miserably. The two brothers started creating horses like mad to raise an army to fight each other. The war came soon. Horse flesh went against horse flesh and thousands of horses perished. For years Volia and Viyna created horses to send against the other. But because of the nature of the horses, Viyna was winning. Volia saw this and begged Myr to help. The compassionate sister denied Volia’s wishes for five years until the last battle. As Volia’s horses perished to the non-merciful Viyna army, Myr decided something must be done. Myr’s horses ran and created a wall of black stone, and then they pushed Viyna’s army behind it and sealed it. In the center of the Black Land, she created a special chamber for Viyna himself. She locked him in the room to forever be held, but this greatly weakened her forever. Now, for many years, the horses of Volia and Myr have lived peacefully, like any horses, in the beautiful land of Zoria. But Viyna was not to be quieted forever. A rumble has been heard in the Black Land, and in the wall of black stone, a doorway had been carved. Viyna’s horses have been released onto the world. This time Myr has refused to help at all, for the last time she was wounded too greatly, but what about her horses? Will Viyna be released? Will Volia emerge victorious again? Will there ever truly be peace?

Thunder flashed across the black sky, hooves thundered the ground."Kilanan!KILANAN!"Shrills a white mare desperatly searching for her lost son.Horses as black as night appear in front of her."Why did you leave?"They say as one. Then the mare falls into a dizzying blackness."Huh,oh just another dream."Rosefrost says sleepily. She see's her son infront of her, breathing up and down rythmicly. She always wondered what would happen if she left her son,but she wipes away the thought. She couldn't,her poor son won't even speak.Sadly she remembers that awful day.Rosefrost was walking back to her herd when she sees the mares(and their foals)in a circle. She barges through them to see her coal black son bruised and bloody.Ever since that day he never spoke, just follows her everywhere."Kilanan, wake up my sweet."Whispers the white mare.Suddenly she stops. Her nose catches a whif of two horses."Kilanan we must go NOW!"

House of Night is a vamprye book that is almost like Hogwarts for vampyres. If you've read the books, RPing would be easier but you don't have to actually have read the books.

Kalona, the beautiful fallen angel, and Neferet, the ex High Priestess, have disappeared due to the blessing made by the five. The Raven Mockers disappeared with them as well. So now the Nerd Herd has returned to House of Night and are under the guidance of the replacement Priestess, Iris. This site takes place before the book Tempted that comes out in October.

Vampyress trotted into a forest like area. The weather was somewhat nice. The sun was shining but there were a few clouds in the blue sky. Her ears pricked towards a black stallion and a colt. She tossed her head around and gracefully walked towards the two. The black stallion looked interesting. She'd bet he was a Friesian cross and probably pretty fast and strong. She smiled sedcutivly. She didn't pay much attention to the colt, mostly because her attention was on the stallion.

"Hello," she said with her seductive smile still on her face. "My name is Vampyress. What would yours be?" she asked as she playfully pulled his mane. She tossed her head in the air, causing her white gold mane to float around her. The sun made her seem brighter in the sunlight.

 XxWandering Near the WallxX

Vampyress walked along the Black Wall. All of Vinya's horses were trapped here. Vampyress' palomino color was darkened by the lack of sun. She paused and sniffed the air. It was smelt of danger and thunderstorms; she actually found comfort in the smell. She lifted her noble head into the air and let out a neigh. She wanted to know if there were any horses nearby. She stompted her left front hoof and let out another fierce neigh.

Hearing the thunder and feeling the rain, Vampyress reared high and moved around slightly. It looked like she was dancing. She backed away from the wall when the lighting struck it; the sparks danced around her. She may look out of place in Viyna's herd but in her heart, she was where she belonged.

Her neigh was joyous as she sang with the thunder. Lightining lit up the sky but she didn't care.

Hello there literate roleplayers. Are you tired of bland Light vs. Dark plots, equine RPGs that all seem the same, and plots that don't affect your character?

Well we've got a surprise for you. At The Secret it's not just about good and evil. In fact, good and evil don't have a lot to do with things. No matter whose side you're on, you can be as nice or as cruel as you see fit. But if you live in the north you'd better be tough if you want to stay alive. Here's a summary of what kinds of characters you can make:

  • Southern equines: The Resistance. You like freedom and would rather be left to your own devices. Conquering is not really your thing, you just want to be left alone to start a herd.
  • Weakland equines: The Captives. You keep your head down and hope you don't get beaten up too often. You dream of escaping to the south, but know you'll be killed for trying. Mostly mares live here, though there is a small number of stallions. They usually get beaten down the most so they can't rebel.
  • Northern equines: Tartarus's Legions. You work for the mastermind, Tartarus, the one who blew the news about the object of power out into the open. You answer to his captain Atlas, and you spend your time fighting, bullying mares in the Weaklands, and training colts for the army. If you have any spare time you can gather a small herd.
  • Haven of Hesperides: The Secret Keepers. You know not hate nor greed, and you live within the walls of the Haven. You may leave to explore, but other equines seem so different to you. You live in peace and philosophy, seeking knowledge and enlightenment. But you know what is brewing, and the battle will come to your doorstep even though they cannot break down the door.

We are also accepting staff applications for Global Moderators, Graphics Designers and Skin Designer.

What's going on... ?

There was peace once, though by now it is but a distant memory in the minds of those old enough to remember. There was order and cohesion, and nothing to fear. The Keepers of Hesperides stayed within their walled Haven, and none disrupted their peace. There was always a rumor that an object of unspeakable power lay hidden within those great walls, but in time the rumor grew dull with age. But now a young stallion, maddened with greed, is gathering all the information he can about this mysterious object of celestial power. Flanked by the powerful drafts of the northern lands, he is murdering and taking prisoners left and right. There is only a handful of southern herds that stand against him, led by the mysterious Theseus. If they are vanquished, the Keepers will be on their own. Chaos and uncertainty abound. How much longer can the forces of reason hold off this madman?

The board is set, the pieces are in play. Whose side will you join?

Jewel’s ears pinned down to her head, eyes flashing dangerously and tail whipping quickly, and not just because of the wind.

Stallion, you have no idea what ground you are treading on. Give me one reason why I should give any liking to stallions,” she said coldly. She disliked this stallion even more now. Dare he question her reasoning? Obviously he was as ignorant as a colt just born. He would’ve definitely thought different if he had met the stallions she had faced.

The wind blew harder and colder, starting to chill her hotblood body. Shelter would be nice, but she wasn’t going to be running away from a fight.

Flaming Passions
-->Run with Wild Horses<--
The horses were living in harmony with the land; there was plenty of food and water. There lupines were beginning to see eye to eye and no rivalries were around. The horses were in for long and happy lives, they were all enjoying themselves. But then… Mother Nature turned against them. There was too much water, flooding through the land, swallowing horses and whelps, birds, rabbits pretty much everything in its path. Many got swallowed by the dark murky water, few managed to struggle against. Swimming for their lives, once they crossed the rushing river they managed to make it to the shore. What they found was something that shocked them all, a new vast expanse of land. Double the size than the one they had been living in. Conflict was high in this new lands, the lights were in a battle against the darks. And the neutrals were stuck right in the middle of it, choosing no side but forming their own. But the outsiders swum to the new lands not realizing the battles they would soon have to fight. For these horses whom swum so far collapsed on the solid ground, so happy to feel the turf beneath their hooves once again. With the shock of the new coming horses the natives forgot about their war and went over to 'help' the outsiders. Persuading them to choose their herd then and there, the brave and smart went with lights, the laid back and carefree followed the neutrals and those unafraid and violent choose the darks. Some of the outsiders even challenged for terrains and won, pleased with their new findings the horses ruled their lands. Forming their own army for war, conflict was so heavy in the air; it appears peace will never be found again in the unsettled lands of Flaming Passions, where the water disaster struck. Could you possibly be the one to restore harmony to the lands once more?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join the Herd. Run within the walls of Flaming Passions Join The Battle? Become Part Of The War? .You decide The Future. The choice is yours, the power is yours… you decide.
